Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • completion of a background check
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • capacity to perform repetitive tasks
  • good manual dexterity, speech, hearing, and vision
  • ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • availability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a leadership role preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead by example and inspire team members
  • basic knowledge of restaurant operations
  • problem-solving skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate team members during shifts
  • ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
  • manage daily operations including opening and closing duties
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • handle customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • train new team members and provide ongoing coaching
  • assist with inventory management and ordering
