Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- completion of a background check
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- capacity to perform repetitive tasks
- good manual dexterity, speech, hearing, and vision
- ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- availability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in a leadership role preferred

- basic knowledge of restaurant operations

- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- lead and motivate team members during shifts
- ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
- manage daily operations including opening and closing duties
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- handle customer concerns promptly and professionally
- train new team members and provide ongoing coaching
- assist with inventory management and ordering
