Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • completion of a background check
  • continuous use of speech, hearing, vision, and manual dexterity
  • frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • ability to perform repetitive movements for extended periods
  • occasionally use taste, smell, and far vision
  • works around chemicals and on uneven surfaces
  • may use a step stool or ladder
  • variable days and hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • standard restaurant environment exposure to extreme conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead the team during shifts to ensure smooth operation

  • manage staff schedules and task assignments
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
  • support training and development of team members
  • uphold company policies and procedures
  • monitor inventory and assist with supply orders
