Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to work mall hours including weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to handle food preparation and service tasks
- Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or retail environment preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to train and motivate team members
Job Duties
- Responsible for prepping, baking and serving pretzels and other products
- Greets customers and takes orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Monitors breaks, overtime and scheduling for employees
- Assists with training new employees
- Leads the operation of the restaurant in the absence of General Manager and Assistant Manager
- Ensures standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety
- Maintains a positive and productive work environment
