Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise
  • Ability to lead a team during a shift without supervision
  • Must pass a background check
  • Ability to work with phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and over 51 pounds occasionally
  • Able to perform repetitive hand motions and stand for long periods
  • Bilingual skills preferred in certain markets

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Successful and stable employment history
  • Cash management skills
  • Ability to perform duties of all restaurant positions including pizza delivery
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to train and coach team members
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality standards

Job Duties

  • Supervise restaurant shifts and work areas to ensure quality and customer service
  • Manage operations in line with company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical standards
  • Deliver quality products according to Papa John's standards and customer orders
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns and feedback
  • Train and promote quality standards among team members using all available resources
  • Maintain adequate shift staffing levels and coach team members for improved performance
  • Promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
  • Contribute to sales goals by providing prompt, friendly service and upselling products
  • Manage cash handling and inventory levels using company systems
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, organized, and secure at all times
