Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Prior customer service experience
- Knowledge of point of sales systems
- Strong communication and time management skills

Job Duties
- Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all guests
- Support store leadership by maintaining operations during shift
- Communicate pertinent information and monitor production efficiency
- Hold team members accountable to company standards and procedures
- Assist in training and coaching of team members
- Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
- Manage cash handling and deposits
