Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
must be at least 18 years old
valid driver's license
must complete and obtain company-paid ServSafe Managers Certification within 90 days of hire
reliable transportation
familiar with point of sale (POS) systems
excellent verbal, written, and communication and interpersonal skills
knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
must be able to work in any area of the restaurant
position requires bending, standing, and walking all day
ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
must maintain a flexible work schedule
must provide exceptional customer service
must enjoy bantering and interacting with others
must demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and integrity
must demonstrate solid leadership characteristics
preferred 1 year high-volume restaurant supervisory experience including quick service or fast casual dining environment
move or transport up to 50 pounds without assistance unless covered by ADA or medical note
work 38-40 hours per week
communicate with GM/AGM/DM about issues
lead by example in food quality, customer service, and appearance
create food consistent with Jersey Mike's standards
maintain an exceptionally clean restaurant
work in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere
ability to multitask and work with urgency
interface with customers to provide exceptional experience
full understanding of accountability and integrity
key holder
perform all opening and closing tasks
know how to bake bread and perform all prep
manage and lead a crew of 2 to 5 people
proficient in slicing

Job Qualifications
