Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Must be in possession of or able to acquire a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (preferred at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy

- Leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Capable of coaching and motivating a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
Job Duties
- Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate team members
- Set the morale and tone of the team
- Provide feedback and coach team members
- Open and close the store with little to no supervision
- Ensure the quality of food and beverages
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Support team members to deliver great guest experiences
