Job Requirements
- Ability to work at least three days and 30 hours per week with flexible shifts including late nights and weekends
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and use of automobile
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for training or meetings
- Access to a telephone at residence
- Physical ability to perform lifting, long periods of standing, and quick movement
- Mental capability to perform arithmetic and documentation tasks at a 12th grade level
- Ability to perform duties of hourly team members as needed
- Effective communication skills with diverse individuals
- Previous relevant restaurant management experience
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a shift manager or relevant restaurant management experience
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations
- Competence in using restaurant-related technology and software
- Ability to maintain composure under stress
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Job Duties
- Execute RGM’s plans to achieve sales and profit growth
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage and control cash, including banking transactions and cash drawer operations
- Assist in cost of sales and labor management, ensuring adherence to budgets and standards
- Maintain positive customer relations and promptly resolve complaints
- Ensure quality preparation, sanitation, and serving of food products
- Manage team member performance, training, scheduling, and disciplinary actions
- Implement marketing programs and community engagement
- Maintain facilities, conduct preventive maintenance, and ensure safety
- Manage documentation, payroll, inventory, and accounting procedures accurately and timely
