Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings as early as 3am and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as required by local, state, and federal laws
- Must have or be able to acquire ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
- Possession of a current valid state-issued driver’s license preferred at specific locations and meet company driving qualifications
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently throughout the work shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership or team supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain prior to leadership training
Job Duties
- Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate and lead the team
- Set the morale and tone for the team during shifts
- Provide feedback and coach team members as needed
- Open and close the store independently
- Maintain food and beverage quality standards
- Ensure a clean and safe store environment
- Support career growth initiatives for team members
