- Work closely with the Community Leader and Mission Coach to oversee daily restaurant operations
- Motivate and lead the team to exceed guest expectations
- Assist in maintaining operational standards and customer service quality
- Support training and development initiatives for team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
- Help manage staffing and scheduling to optimize performance
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
