Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- Must pass background check per applicable laws
- Must obtain ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
- Possession of a valid state driver’s license where required
- Full availability Monday through Sunday for 40 hours
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Leadership experience or willingness to learn leadership skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and support to team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate and lead the team
- Set the morale and tone of the team during shifts
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members
- Open and close the store with minimal supervision
- Ensure food and beverage quality standards are met
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Foster a positive and efficient work atmosphere
