Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
  • Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
  • Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
  • Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (preferred and required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer service or leadership role preferred
  • Ability to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of food safety standards
  • Ability to coach and provide feedback constructively
  • Previous experience in a food service environment is a plus

Job Duties

  • Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience
  • Set the morale and tone of the team and provide feedback and coaching to team members
  • Open and close the store with little to no supervision
  • Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment
  • Take charge during shifts and support daily operational activities
  • Assist in training and developing new team members
