Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (preferred and required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service or leadership role preferred
- Ability to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of food safety standards
- Ability to coach and provide feedback constructively
- Previous experience in a food service environment is a plus
Job Duties
- Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience
- Set the morale and tone of the team and provide feedback and coaching to team members
- Open and close the store with little to no supervision
- Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Take charge during shifts and support daily operational activities
- Assist in training and developing new team members
