Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license preferred but only required at specific locations
- Meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy

Job Duties
- Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team
- Provide feedback and coach team members
- Open and close the store with little to no supervision
- Ensure quality of food and beverages served
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Set morale and tone of the team
- Help deliver a great guest experience
