Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- Pass background check as required by law
- Possession or ability to acquire ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
- Possession of valid state-issued driver’s license where required
- Meet Company driving qualifications where applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in team leadership or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and coach team members
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain prior to leadership training
- Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license as required by location
Job Duties
- Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate staff and deliver excellent guest experiences
- Coach and provide feedback to team members as needed
- Open and close the store independently
- Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Set the morale and tone of the team
- Assist in daily operational tasks as required
