Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required or properly trained and approved by Caribou Coffee
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Job Duties

  • Demonstrates mastery of team member duties with ease, enthusiasm and excellence
  • Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction with a commitment to making fun happen
  • Think strategically about maximizing product sales and managing waste
  • Demonstrates total store vision by taking ownership of the look and feel of the store
  • Knowledgeable about daily deployment and roles and responsibilities
  • Communicates effectively on the floor during shifts
  • Proactively addresses team and guest needs before they become issues
  • Delegates tasks and objectives effectively considering multiple priorities
  • Takes ownership of current and following shifts
  • Ensures team execution of SOP and quality standards
  • Coaches and provides real-time feedback to team members
  • Trains team on responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions
  • Performs administrative duties including bank deposits, inventory and product ordering
  • Develops team members and discusses career growth
  • Embodies core values in daily actions
  • Maintains composure and confidence as manager on duty
  • Brings positivity and joy to leading, serving guests and community involvement
  • Seeks to create an inclusive and inspiring culture
