Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Experience with point of sale systems
- Strong communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Provide incredible customer service and quality products to guests throughout their experience within our bakery
- Support store leadership by maintaining operations during shifts
- communicate pertinent information
- monitor production efficiency
- hold team accountable to company standards and procedures
- assist in training and coaching team members
- Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
- Lead the cookie crew team
- Support and work alongside the cookie crew
- Provide a safe, clean, working environment for guests and staff and adhere to safe food handling practices
- Manage cash handling and deposits
