Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Experience with point of sale systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role
  • Point of sales systems experience
  • Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills
  • Outgoing, friendly, patient
  • Detail focused and results-oriented
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate others

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible customer service and quality products to guests throughout their experience within our bakery
  • Support store leadership by maintaining operations during shifts
  • communicate pertinent information
  • monitor production efficiency
  • hold team accountable to company standards and procedures
  • assist in training and coaching team members
  • Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
  • Lead the cookie crew team
  • Support and work alongside the cookie crew
  • Provide a safe, clean, working environment for guests and staff and adhere to safe food handling practices
  • Manage cash handling and deposits
