Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends
  • Must be able to pass background check as applicable
  • Must have or acquire ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training completion
  • Possession of current, valid, state-issued driver’s license at specific locations
  • Meet driving qualifications as required by company policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
  • Must pass background check as per local, state, and federal laws
  • Possess or be able to acquire ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license required at specific locations
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team
  • Provide feedback and coach team members
  • Open and close the store with little to no supervision
  • Ensure quality of food and beverages
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment
  • Set the morale and tone of the team
  • Lead by example and promote a positive customer experience
