Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be 18 years or older
- must be able to work varied hours and days including early hours and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable
- must have or obtain ServSafe Certification
- possession of valid driver's license preferred where applicable
- ability to perform physical work including sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving during shifts

Job Qualifications

- ability to work varied hours as business dictates including early mornings and weekends
- ability to pass background check
- possession or ability to acquire ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- possession of valid state-issued driver's license preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- experience in food service or retail management is advantageous
Job Duties
- collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team
- set the morale and tone of the team
- provide feedback and coach team members when needed
- open and close the store with little to no supervision
- ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
- maintain a safe and clean store environment
- help grow the team and support career development
