Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be 18 years or older
  • must be able to work varied hours and days including early hours and weekends
  • must be able to pass background check as applicable
  • must have or obtain ServSafe Certification
  • possession of valid driver's license preferred where applicable
  • ability to perform physical work including sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be 18 years or older
  • ability to work varied hours as business dictates including early mornings and weekends
  • ability to pass background check
  • possession or ability to acquire ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
  • possession of valid state-issued driver's license preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • experience in food service or retail management is advantageous

Job Duties

  • collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team
  • set the morale and tone of the team
  • provide feedback and coach team members when needed
  • open and close the store with little to no supervision
  • ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
  • maintain a safe and clean store environment
  • help grow the team and support career development
