Job Duties
- Lead the team by guiding, teaching, and motivating staff during shifts
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and resolving any issues promptly
- Monitor food preparation to ensure quality and presentation meet company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant throughout the shift
- Address and solve operational problems efficiently and escalate major issues to the general manager
- Stand on feet for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds as necessary
- Promote a positive work environment through strong communication and leadership skills
