- 1+ years of fast food management experience (preferred)
- 1+ years of fast food experience (preferred)
- high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- be willing to work a flexible schedule (preferred)
Job Duties
- have an understanding of each position and what their roles are
- be trained and competent in all hourly positions and responsibilities
- able to complete manager functions on the POS
- labor management
- work in a fast-paced environment
- recognize coaching and teaching opportunities
- operational awareness - know what is going on at all times
