Job Requirements
- Move or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance unless medically restricted
- Work 38-40 hours per week
- Have ability to get to and from work
- Communicate with GM/AGM/DM regarding any issues
- Lead by example in quality food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean uniform daily
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1 year QSR experience preferred
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Coach the staff to deliver amazing customer service
- Produce high quality food
- Deliver the Jersey Mike's experience
- Handle cash transactions
- Follow the Learning Management System training program
- Develop others for career growth
- Enforce policies and procedures
- Participate in local and national marketing initiatives
- Build sales
- Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation practices
- Be certified in all four positions of the restaurant
- Communicate effectively
- Exhibit a sense of urgency
