Job Duties
- adhere to guidelines techniques and expectations for each station including but not limited to dough management accuracy and proper portioning
- perform assigned work station duties such as making quality products follow all product preparation procedures and maintain established product holding times
- consistently contribute to achieving the company's product goal
- commit to meeting the needs and expectations of the restaurant's customers minimize customer complaints and respond appropriately to customer needs
- follow all policies and procedures as outlined in the team member handbook including but not limited to image attendance safety and security
- exemplify and exhibit the core values maintain a positive attitude work well with others and be flexible and adaptable to change
- ensure adequate shift coverage for the restaurant
- provide immediate feedback and correct problems when identified
- maintain product quality customer service and performance responsibilities within acceptable standards
- follow all policies and procedures related to shift management
- contribute to profit goals by ensuring they stay within company guidelines and target goals by accurately utilizing the focus system
- execute cash management duties
- assist in the management of adequate inventory levels using the company's systems and guidelines to minimize loss
