  • serv-safe or local or state food service certification preferred
  • previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred

Job Duties

  • adhere to guidelines techniques and expectations for each station including but not limited to dough management accuracy and proper portioning
  • perform assigned work station duties such as making quality products follow all product preparation procedures and maintain established product holding times
  • consistently contribute to achieving the company's product goal
  • commit to meeting the needs and expectations of the restaurant's customers minimize customer complaints and respond appropriately to customer needs
  • follow all policies and procedures as outlined in the team member handbook including but not limited to image attendance safety and security
  • exemplify and exhibit the core values maintain a positive attitude work well with others and be flexible and adaptable to change
  • ensure adequate shift coverage for the restaurant
  • provide immediate feedback and correct problems when identified
  • maintain product quality customer service and performance responsibilities within acceptable standards
  • follow all policies and procedures related to shift management
  • contribute to profit goals by ensuring they stay within company guidelines and target goals by accurately utilizing the focus system
  • execute cash management duties
  • assist in the management of adequate inventory levels using the company's systems and guidelines to minimize loss
