Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-service focused role
- Experience with point of sales systems
- Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills
- Detail-oriented and results-focused
- Ability to lead by example and motivate others
- Outgoing, friendly, and patient demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Job Duties
- Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all guests throughout their bakery experience
- Support store leadership by maintaining operations during the shift
- Communicate pertinent information to team members
- Monitor production efficiency
- Hold the team accountable to company standards and procedures
- Assist in training and coaching of team members
- Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the team
- Support and collaborate with the Cookie Crew
- Ensure a safe, clean working environment and adherence to food safety practices
- Manage cash handling and deposits
