Job Duties
- Assign and direct daily duties for team members based on role, skills and shift needs
- Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
- Uphold Toppers policies and procedures
- provide feedback/coaching to team members as needed
- Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes
- Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile
- Provide feedback to team members in a positive manner
- Train new team members on daily tasks
- Balance cash drawer and prepare deposit
