Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be in possession of or able to acquire ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- Possession of valid state issued driver's license where required
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job

- Experience in a leadership role preferred but not required
- Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Possession of or ability to acquire ServSafe Certification
- Valid state issued driver's license preferred at some locations
Job Duties
- Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team
- Set morale and tone of the team
- Provide feedback and coach team members
- Open and close the store with minimal supervision
- Ensure quality of food and beverages
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Support team members and help grow their careers
