Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year working experience in customer service
  • proficiency with Point of Sales systems
  • excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills

  • ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all guests throughout their bakery experience
  • support store leadership by maintaining operations during shifts and communicating pertinent information
  • monitor production efficiency and hold team accountable to company standards and procedures
  • assist in training and coaching team members
  • prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
  • support and work alongside the cookie crew
  • provide a safe, clean, working environment adhering to safe food handling practices
  • manage cash handling and deposits
