Job Duties
- Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all guests
- support store leadership during shifts by maintaining operations and communicating key information
- monitor production efficiency and hold team accountable to company standards
- assist in training and coaching team members
- prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
- support and work alongside the cookie crew
- ensure safe, clean, and compliant working environment
- manage cash handling and deposits
