Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
  • familiarity with point of sale systems

  • legal work eligibility in the United States
  • age 18 or older

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all guests
  • support store leadership during shifts by maintaining operations and communicating key information
  • monitor production efficiency and hold team accountable to company standards
  • assist in training and coaching team members
  • prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
  • support and work alongside the cookie crew
  • ensure safe, clean, and compliant working environment
  • manage cash handling and deposits
