Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Ability to use point of sale systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible part-time shifts

Job Duties
- Provide incredible customer service and quality products to guests
- Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift
- Communicate pertinent information to team members
- Monitor production efficiency and hold team accountable
- Assist in training and coaching team members
- Prioritize and delegate baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning tasks
- Manage cash handling and deposits
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Lead and motivate the cookie crew team
- Work alongside the Cookie Crew to meet store goals
