Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or g.e.d required
  • able to pass a background security check
  • one year of restaurant management or restaurant experience preferred
  • must be able to stand up to 4 hours at a time walk bend and lift up to 50 pounds
  • approximately 99 percent of time spent standing and walking
  • must present state or county mandated Food Handler Card within the required time frame

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or g.e.d required
  • one year of restaurant management or restaurant experience preferred
  • proven leadership skills as outlined in the Farmer Boys Management Competency Model
  • ability to read speak and comprehend written instructions in english
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • basic cash handling experience

Job Duties

  • manage daily shift and restaurant operations including food preparation labor and cash handling
  • train and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards including maintaining mandated Food Handler Card
  • oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations to meet company quality standards
  • monitor and adjust labor to control costs effectively
  • assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
  • handle guest concerns professionally to maintain satisfaction
