Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or g.e.d required
- able to pass a background security check
- one year of restaurant management or restaurant experience preferred
- must be able to stand up to 4 hours at a time walk bend and lift up to 50 pounds
- approximately 99 percent of time spent standing and walking
- must present state or county mandated Food Handler Card within the required time frame

- ability to read speak and comprehend written instructions in english
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- basic cash handling experience
Job Duties
- manage daily shift and restaurant operations including food preparation labor and cash handling
- train and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards including maintaining mandated Food Handler Card
- oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations to meet company quality standards
- monitor and adjust labor to control costs effectively
- assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- handle guest concerns professionally to maintain satisfaction
