Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Kitchen Lead role including Team Members
  • One or more years of experience in a Shift Leader or supervisor role
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards
  • Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communicator fostering positive team culture and employee mentorship
  • Experience in scheduling coaching and performance oversight
  • Food handler or ServSafe certification preferred
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurant, retail, or hospitality

Job Duties

  • Step into any station as needed especially during peak hours or understaffed shifts
  • Handle first-level customer concerns ensuring allergy safety and accurate order building
  • Oversee multiple tasks including line operations tech tools and guest interactions
  • Use clear communication to delegate tasks problem-solve and align team and customer needs
  • Monitor food quality safety protocols order accuracy and digital reporting
  • Enforce food safety procedures and prevent cross-contamination
  • Ensure team compliance with policies maintaining a safe environment
  • Maintain composure and professionalism under high-pressure situations
  • Perform all Kitchen Lead duties including team member functions
