Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience

Job Duties
- Provide incredible customer service and quality products to guests throughout their bakery experience
- Support store leadership by maintaining operations during shifts and communicating important information
- Monitor production efficiency and hold the team accountable to company standards
- Assist in training and coaching team members
- Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
- Support and work alongside the cookie crew
- Ensure a safe and clean environment following food safety practices
- Manage cash handling and deposits
