Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous quick service restaurant retail or supervisory experience
  • Food manager certification preferred
  • Knowledge of restaurant policies and procedures
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Assign and direct daily duties for team members based on role, skills and shift needs
  • Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
  • Uphold Toppers policies and procedures
  • provide feedback/coaching to team members as needed
  • Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes
  • Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile
  • Provide feedback to team members in a positive manner
  • Train new team members on daily tasks
  • Balance cash draw and prepare deposit
