Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Authorization to work in the country
  • Commitment to uphold company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and labor regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Proficient in managing teams and resolving conflicts
  • Basic math and inventory management skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state and federal regulations including health, labor and employment laws
  • Enforce adherence to Firehouse Subs policies and procedures
  • Manage shift profitability by controlling food cost, labor, utilities and promoting sales growth
  • Lead the restaurant team to consistently deliver superior guest service, quality and cleanliness
  • Assist General Manager in implementing operational game plans and company initiatives
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of programs, reports and legal documents
  • Represent Firehouse Subs professionally at all times
  • Communicate effectively with General Manager or Owner about business matters
  • Perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
