- ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training completion
- valid driver's license as required by location and company policy

Job Duties
- motivate and lead team members
- collaborate with General Manager to ensure smooth store operations
- provide coaching and feedback to team members
- open and close store with minimal supervision
- ensure quality of food and beverages
- maintain a safe and clean store environment
- set morale and tone of the team
