Job Requirements
- meet all minimum requirements of kitchen lead and team members
- 1 plus year experience in shift leader or supervisor role
- experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants, retail, or hospitality
- ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining standards
- ability to speak, read, write, and understand primary language of work location
- able to work at least 30 hours per week
- 18 years of age or older
- authorized to work in the united states

Job Duties
- step into any station as needed during shifts
- handle customer concerns and allergy safety
- oversee multitasking and coordination including line operations and tech tools
- communicate clearly to delegate tasks and resolve issues
- monitor food quality, order accuracy, and safety protocols
- enforce food safety procedures and prevent cross-contamination
- ensure compliance with restaurant policies and maintain safety
- regulate emotions in high-pressure situations
- perform kitchen lead duties including team member functions
