Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work on feet for up to 13 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with management and team members
  • Availability to participate in community initiatives

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good knowledge of food safety and labor regulations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math and computer skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations including health and wage laws
  • Enforce all Firehouse Subs policies and procedures
  • Manage shift operations to achieve profitability through control of food cost, labor, and utilities
  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness
  • Assist the General Manager in implementing operational plans and company initiatives
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees
  • Maintain accurate and timely completion of required programs, reports, and legal documents
