Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business requires including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Must possess or be able to acquire ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
- Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver’s license preferred or required at specific locations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to pass background check as applicable
- Possess or obtain ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
- Possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license if required by location
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
Job Duties
- Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate and lead the team
- Set the morale and tone for the team during shifts
- Provide feedback and coach team members when necessary
- Open and close the store independently
- Ensure quality of food and beverages served
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Support team growth and career development
