Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Kitchen Lead role including Team Members
  • One plus year experience in Shift Leader or Supervisor role
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand primary language of work location
  • Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a related role
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and team-building skills
  • Experience mentoring and coaching employees
  • Highly organized with multitasking capabilities
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred
  • Experience in scheduling and performance oversight

Job Duties

  • Step into any station during shifts to support team especially in busy times
  • Handle first-level customer concerns including allergy management
  • Oversee multiple tasks simultaneously including line operations and guest interactions
  • Communicate clearly to delegate tasks and solve real-time issues
  • Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and safety protocols
  • Enforce food safety and prevent cross-contamination
  • Ensure team adheres to restaurant policies and maintains safety
  • Maintain professionalism and emotional control under pressure
  • Execute all essential Kitchen Lead duties as necessary
