Job Requirements
- Meet all minimum requirements of the Kitchen Lead role including Team Members
- One plus year experience in Shift Leader or Supervisor role
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurant, retail, or hospitality
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand primary language of work location
- Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a related role
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal communication and team-building skills
- Experience mentoring and coaching employees
- Highly organized with multitasking capabilities
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred
- Experience in scheduling and performance oversight
Job Duties
- Step into any station during shifts to support team especially in busy times
- Handle first-level customer concerns including allergy management
- Oversee multiple tasks simultaneously including line operations and guest interactions
- Communicate clearly to delegate tasks and solve real-time issues
- Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and safety protocols
- Enforce food safety and prevent cross-contamination
- Ensure team adheres to restaurant policies and maintains safety
- Maintain professionalism and emotional control under pressure
- Execute all essential Kitchen Lead duties as necessary
