Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Kitchen Lead role including team member functions
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Shift Leader or Supervisor role
  • Experience in fast-paced restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location
  • Ability to work at least 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • Proven leadership experience with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make confident decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills to foster a positive team culture
  • Experience mentoring employees and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Highly organized and reliable multitasker
  • Experience with scheduling, coaching, and performance oversight
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Step into any station as needed during shifts, especially peak hours or understaffed times
  • Handle first-level customer concerns, ensuring allergy safety and order accuracy
  • Oversee multiple tasks and systems including line operations, technology tools, and guest interactions
  • Communicate clearly to delegate tasks, solve problems, and align team and customer needs
  • Monitor food quality, order accuracy, safety protocols, and maintain digital reporting
  • Enforce food safety procedures and maintain allergen awareness to prevent cross-contamination
  • Ensure team compliance with restaurant policies to maintain a safe environment
  • Maintain professionalism and emotional regulation in high-pressure situations
  • Perform all essential functions as outlined in the Kitchen Lead role, including team member duties
