Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Kitchen Lead role including those of Team Members
  • 1+ year of experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurant retail or hospitality
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards
  • Ability to speak read write and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make confident decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills to foster positive team culture and mentor employees
  • Experience delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Highly organized reliable multitasker with scheduling coaching and performance oversight experience
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Step into any station during the shift as needed especially during peak hours callouts or understaffed shifts
  • Handle first-level customer concerns with a focus on allergy awareness and order accuracy
  • Oversee multiple tasks including line operations tech tools and guest interactions simultaneously
  • Use clear verbal communication to delegate tasks solve problems and align team and customer needs
  • Monitor food quality order accuracy safety protocols and digital reporting
  • Enforce food safety procedures prevent cross-contamination and maintain allergen awareness
  • Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
