Job Requirements
- Meet all minimum requirements of the Kitchen Lead role including team member functions
- 1+ year of experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role
- experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurant, retail, or hospitality
- ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards
- ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
- must be able to work at least 30 hours per week
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, ability to foster positive team culture, mentoring experience, strong multitasking and organizational skills, experience in scheduling and performance oversight, food handler or ServSafe certification preferred
Job Duties
- Step into any station as needed, first-level customer concern handling, assist customers with allergies and order accuracy, oversee multiple tasks and systems simultaneously, communicate clearly to delegate tasks, monitor food quality and safety protocols, enforce food safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination, ensure team compliance with policies, maintain a safe environment, stay calm during high-pressure situations, execute kitchen lead duties including all team member functions
