Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of Kitchen Lead role including team member duties
  • At least 1 year experience as Shift Leader or Supervisor
  • Experience in fast-paced environments like restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining standards
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand primary language of work location
  • Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Step into any station as needed during shifts
  • Handle first-level customer concerns including allergy assistance
  • Oversee multiple tasks including line operations and guest interactions
  • Delegate tasks and problem-solve in real time
  • Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and safety protocols
  • Enforce food safety procedures and prevent cross-contamination
  • Maintain compliance with restaurant policies and ensure safety
  • Stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Perform all essential functions of the Kitchen Lead role including team member duties
