Job Requirements
- Meet all minimum requirements of the Kitchen Lead role and Team Member roles
- Minimum one year experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor position
- Experience in fast-paced restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks maintaining operational standards
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location
- Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team mentoring abilities
- Highly organized multitasker with experience in scheduling and performance oversight
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred
Job Duties
- Step into any station as needed during shifts especially peak hours, Handle customer concerns and ensure allergy safety, Oversee multitasking including line operations and guest interactions, Delegate tasks and problem-solve in real time with clear communication, Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and safety protocols, Enforce food safety procedures and prevent cross-contamination, Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and maintain safety, Stay calm and professional during high-pressure situations, Perform duties of Kitchen Lead including team member functions
