Job Requirements

  • high school degree or equivalent
  • preferred 1 year experience in quick service restaurant
  • minimum age 18 years to operate slicing equipment
  • serve safe food handler certification
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • able to move or transport up to 50 lbs
  • able to work 38-40 hours per week
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to lead and manage a team

Job Qualifications

  • high school degree or equivalent
  • 1 year QSR experience preferred
  • must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
  • serve safe certification - food handler
  • must have reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • coach staff to deliver amazing customer service
  • produce high quality food

  • handle cash
  • follow the Learning Management System training program
  • develop others for career growth
  • enforce policies and procedures
  • participate in local and national marketing initiatives
  • build sales
  • maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation practices
  • be certified in all four positions of the restaurant
  • communicate effectively
  • work with a sense of urgency
  • move or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance
  • lead by example in quality of food and customer service
  • perform all tasks related to opening and closing of store
  • bake bread and perform all prep
  • manage and lead crew of 2 to 5 people
  • be proficient in slicing
