Job Requirements
- high school degree or equivalent
- preferred 1 year experience in quick service restaurant
- minimum age 18 years to operate slicing equipment
- serve safe food handler certification
- reliable transportation to and from work
- able to move or transport up to 50 lbs
- able to work 38-40 hours per week
- effective communication skills
- ability to lead and manage a team
Job Qualifications

- 1 year QSR experience preferred
- must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
- serve safe certification - food handler
- must have reliable transportation
Job Duties
- coach staff to deliver amazing customer service
- produce high quality food

- handle cash
- follow the Learning Management System training program
- develop others for career growth
- enforce policies and procedures
- participate in local and national marketing initiatives
- build sales
- maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation practices
- be certified in all four positions of the restaurant
- communicate effectively
- work with a sense of urgency
- move or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance
- lead by example in quality of food and customer service
- perform all tasks related to opening and closing of store
- bake bread and perform all prep
- manage and lead crew of 2 to 5 people
- be proficient in slicing
