Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in retail or food service preferred but not required
- Ability to climb a ladder for stocking and maintenance tasks
- Capability to stand, push, pull, reach, bend, squat, climb, walk, and lift up to 55 lbs daily
- Willingness to work different shifts including first, second, and third shift
- Familiarity with cash handling and reconciliation procedures
- Food safety handling knowledge or willingness to obtain certifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently during shifts
- Compliance with company attendance and safety policies
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to engage with new technologies and company initiatives
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Food safety certifications preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain overall safety during shift
- Perform all guest service representative shift duties
- Complete all shift reconciliation procedures accurately
- Conduct category counts and manage inventory control
- Oversee vendor check-in procedures
- Execute all aspects of the food and beverage program following company standards
- Provide up-to-date training on standard practices, procedures, and food safety to team members
- Ensure respectful team environment and provide coaching
- Prioritize, delegate, and complete tasks efficiently during shifts
- Assist in training new team members
- Serve as responsible leader during manager absences
- Deliver guest service with a positive and helpful attitude
- Follow safety habits according to company rules
- Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations
- Prepare fresh food maintaining food safety standards
- Follow cash handling procedures and account for all transactions
- Keep the store fully stocked and organized
- Use suggestive selling techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of store and surrounding premises
- Embrace company initiatives and technologies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
