Job Requirements

  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or similar environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety, guest service, and restaurant operations
  • Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds and to stand or walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or similar environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety, guest service, and restaurant operations
  • Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications
  • Bilingual proficiency preferred
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and developing team members preferred
  • Familiarity with inventory and cash-handling processes preferred
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Serve as a key holder responsible for opening and closing the restaurant
  • Identify, prioritize, and delegate tasks to team members during shifts
  • Engage with guests to address needs and concerns promptly
  • Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring team members
  • Maintain FOH and BOH knowledge including food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Support inventory management, ensure proper prep levels, and conduct line checks
  • Supervise cash handling ensuring accuracy and policy adherence
  • Complete health, safety, and regulatory checklists
  • Resolve guest and team issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
