Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completion of required training and qualifications
- Ability to act as responsible leader during management absence
- Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
- Compliance with safety, legal, and company policies
- Ability to maintain food safety and handling standards
- Capability to manage cash handling and sales accounting
- Ability to stock merchandise and maintain store cleanliness
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 55 lbs
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Availability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Food safety certifications preferred
- Experience in retail or food service environments
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Capability to handle cash and inventory controls
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations
Job Duties
- Maintain overall safety during shifts
- Manage all Guest Service Representative shift duties
- Execute shift reconciliation procedures accurately
- Oversee category counts and inventory control
- Conduct vendor check-in procedures
- Provide training on standard practices, procedures, and food safety
- Ensure task prioritization, delegation, and completion on assigned shifts
- Assist in training new team members
- Deliver guest service with a positive and helpful attitude
- Enforce compliance with food safety and cash handling policies
- Keep store merchandising fully stocked and presentable
- Monitor and clean store premises including fuel dispensers and parking areas
- Support and exemplify company core values
- Perform additional duties as assigned
