Job Duties
- Lead the team and keep the energy high
- deliver amazing guest experiences using the G.O.A.L. standard (Greet, Offer, Anticipate, Leave a Lasting Impression)
- train and support new team members
- work the floor as greeter, cashier, or food presenter when needed
- keep the dining room and service areas clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- communicate and work closely with BOH and FOH teams to ensure top-notch service
- follow cash handling procedures and assist with closing duties
- understand and execute menu knowledge, allergens, and guest requests
- brew teas, prep shakes, pour beer and wine (if 18+)
- assist with opening and closing tasks as needed
