Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to act as responsible leader during shifts
- Experience in inventory, cash handling and food safety

Job Duties
- Maintain overall safety during shifts
- Perform all Guest Service Representative shift duties
- Conduct shift reconciliation procedures
- Manage category counts, cash and inventory control
- Oversee vendor check-in procedures
- Execute Thorntons food and beverage program
- Provide training on standard practices, procedures and food safety
- Ensure respect, coaching and achievement celebration among team members
- Prioritize, delegate and complete tasks during assigned shifts
- Train new team members
- Act as responsible leader in absence of store management
- Deliver guest service with friendly and helpful attitude
- Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations
- Prepare fresh food maintaining safety standards
- Follow all cash handling procedures
- Keep merchandise stocked and displays clean
- Use suggestive selling techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of store areas and equipment
- Monitor fuel dispensers and store surroundings
- Uphold Thorntons core values
- Adhere to attendance and company policies

- Maintain PAR levels for fresh food
