Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Food safety certifications preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain overall safety on shift
- Complete all guest service representative (GSR) shift duties
- Manage shift reconciliation procedures
- Conduct category counts
- Control cash and inventory
- Enforce vendor check-in procedures
- Provide up-to-date training on standard practices, procedures, and food safety
- Coach team members and celebrate achievements
- Prioritize, delegate, and complete tasks during assigned shifts without store management
- Work multiple shifts including first, second, and third
- Assist in training new team members
- Act as the responsible leader during management absence
- Assign work
- Oversee meal and rest breaks compliance
- Deliver guest service with a proactive attitude
- Practice safe working habits
- Report maintenance or safety issues
- Adhere to laws regulating alcohol, tobacco, and lottery sales
- Prepare fresh food meeting safety standards
- Obtain required food safety certifications
- Follow cash handling policies
- Stock and front merchandise regularly
- Use suggestive selling techniques to promote products
- Encourage participation in loyalty programs
- Maintain cleanliness of store and equipment
